I forgot to ask in my previous post, lorenzomama mentioned Chinese, herbal or massage therapy to encourage eating. I'm more interested in massage but can;t find any information on exactly how to do it. If anyone knows of a book, DVD, etc. about this, please let me know.

There's a book called Craniosacral Therapy for Infants and Small Children that might be of interest to you. It isn't exactly massage, though there are massage components, but our Pediatric Pulmonologist at Stanford recommended Cranio-sacral Therapy as the alternative he has seen the most success with in babies and children with reflux and reflux side effects. You can do a search on Amazon.com for it, and my guess is that you could find a few other infant/child massage books there as well.

That said, I would encourage you to try to find someone who can actually show you some techniques to use with your particular child, because there is a lot that goes into understanding the particular patient and determining what techniques are likely to work best. That's easier said than done in some places, but if it's available to you in your area, I would consider seeking out a Massage Therapist, Chinese Medicine Practitioner or Cranio-Sacral Therapist who can help guide you.
