NEED Tucker sling.....
So, we pretty much figured out J has EER... bad reflux that he is aspirating. I should have done this so long ago but noone really could ever tell me what was wrong with him! So, does anyone have a Tucker wedge/sling combo for a 20 lber for sale...cheapish...pretty please? Or could you tell me where to get one?

Ryan was born May 20th 2008. 9 lbs 2 oz. Ryan’s magic bullet was 30mg of Prevacid capsules mixed with Caracream from Marci-kids (I am forever indebted to the team at Marci-kids), Claratin for the mucos, and Mirlax for the constipation. Within 2 months of this combo he jumped from the 6% to the 50% for weight and continues to climb. Be strong, listen to your instincts. Read his story for more specifics that just might help you too - Karen
I gave my to my nieghbor. She has a big time spitter. Insurance covers the cost of these.... When they mail you the sling they include the insurance code for you

Just wanted to say that sometimes if you call Tucker sling they have items that were returned but never used. She doesn't resell these at regular prices. I acutally spoke with the owner. She was sooo nice. She through in a hypoallergenic pad for free as well as a free sling. Had to pay full price for the wedge though but it doesn't hurt to try. My son has respiratory issues as a result of GERD and the tucker sling has been a blessing for us and he is 12 months old now.

Yes, most insurance companies will cover them.

Unfortunately ours did not (may would have if I fought hard enough) but I was so exhausted from fighting doctors for the right meds, procedures, and taking care of Holden that that was one battle I passed on and luckily she was very generous at Tucker sling.

Do you still need a tucker sling? We purchased one for our daughter but she didn't like it. She doesn't like pressure on her tummy, and she doesn't like sleeping flat on her back either. She likes to be propped on her side and sort of swaddled by pillows. Anyway, I'd be happy to sell it to you if you'd like to give it a try. We only tried to get her to sleep in it twice, so it's not even really used.

Yes, I do! I need the wedge kind bc we don't have a crib. My ins said they would only pay for it if we could order thru a med supply sore and I cannot find any that carry it that will bill my ins. :( J LOVES sleeping on his tummy, but he has eer and aspirates reflux... send me a message with price etc.. my zip for ship is 85239...
