Help to position correctly after eating?
It is suggested by my doctor to keep the baby upright for 30 min after eating. Has anyone tried having the baby in a hiker sling to accomplish this? I would like to be able to have my hands free to get things done while he lets his meal settle :) Thanks for any feedback!

baby wearing is one way to accomplish a lot. have you ever looked in to wearing you baby on your back with a wrap?? if you go to google and type in baby back wearing you will find a lot of resources. i have a ring sling and honestly i don't know what a hiker sling is. but hopefully you will find some good info. *hugs* and good luck to you!

Mom to Charlie - cleft palate and reflux. Meds - zantac, prevacid, mylanta and reglan.
Bouncy seats and swings work great for keeping a baby upright. we relied on them for several months until my son started to climb out of them.
Check with your
doctor first!
