I'm up and my lo isn't
Hey I just thought I would share this with all of you because I think it's funny. I am up at almost 4 in the morning but not because Kody is up but just because I can't sleep. All those nights I was wishing to be able to sleep and Kody was up uncomfortable and crying. Now he has had a wonderful night of just waking up 2 times since going to bed at 9 but going back to sleep and I can't sleep to save my life. lol How frustrating! Anyway I thought I would share that with all of you since I was awake anyway. hee hee

Julie - I have three children. My youngest Katie is my refluxer. My first Ben was very colicy and is ADHD. My middle Jakob is pretty easy going. Katie had it bad as a baby no sleep for two years. She was on Nutramagin, Prevacid and Zantac. Thought we were through it but after age three it came back big time. After her scope she was put on Prevacid 45mg a day and mylanta as needed. Scope was in Sept. Showed damage in stomach and espophogus. It took about 7 months of medication and Reflux diet for her to start feeling better.
Yes...that is the way it goes. I remember that so well :) Don't worry, at some point you BOTH with get used to sleeping all night long.

We can never get on the same page. I was thinking last night that I was all prepared for the storm and then he sleeps reallt good for him. lol Oh well I can't wait for my lovely pillow tonight and crossing my fingers. Maybe a nap, Kody is asleep although he only takes cat naps so I better get snoozing.

Maggie is now 3 years old and reflux free (knock on wood). I still check in some to see how everybody is doing :) Hugs to all!
yeah, stinks doesn't it! I remember being afraid to lay my head down in fear that she would immediately scream.

So is he doing ok?

Yes Kody is feeling better. He's much happier since I cut out all the hidden dairy that I didn't know I was having. It's been a week and now he's starting to sleep a little better too. We're just dealing with this stinking congestion now. How are your little girls? Gotta go, my hubby is having trouble getting Kody to sleep.
