Introducing Milk again.
So Will's Ped wants to to try and introduce milk again....again. Since his RAST testing came back negative for milk, she thinks he has digestive issues and may have grown out of them now. So what should I start with? I was think maybe some Yo-Baby yogurt? or should I go right for the milk? Hes still drinking a lactose free infant formula for a majority of his nutrients, maybe start adding a milk based one to his bottles? I'm just terrified to do this.lol

This is our dd, Alessandra. Dx with GER 10/07. Ran the gamut with meds and now done with them (crossed fingers). Using magnesium, probiotics and prebiotic supplements. With the exception of teething and general sassy attitude, all is well now. They really CAN grow out of it!
What we did was add 1/2 oz milk and the rest formula and gradually built up. You could also try into'ing some dairy products too, but if he's already lactose free, maybe one thing at a time for at least a week to check for reaction.

Are there any lactose-intolerances in the family? If so, perhaps a lactose-free whole milk.

Check with your
doctor first!
