Is it ok to use colic calm while taking zantac?
My 8 week old so just started zantac 3 days ago. it seems to be doing wonders from where we were before, but sometimes he seems to need a little somthing else during the day. I have been giving him the colic calm and it seems to work for that little bit, but i want to make sure it is ok?

I have never used colic calm but I'm sure it is fine. We do probiotics. Maybe someone else will chime in but I wouldn't worry about it.

There's no reason I've ever heard of not to use colic calm along with Zantac. We used it too. I'm glad it seems to help :)

If its the same thing as Gripe Water, you shouldn't use it with kids with Reflux. Our Pedi said no, and I think it may say something on the bottle? It can actually add to the acids

Colic Calm is a different formula and company than Gripe Water. I have heard debate here about Grip Water and ingredients that are not recommended for refluxers, but I have also know an equal number to swear by both Grip Water and Colic Calm. IMHO, if it is providing relief, go with it. If things change (and lord knows they will, again and again), try eliminating it.
