Mom to Matthew, 01/16/08, GERD baby, has been on Zantac since 2 mos. Aidan, his twin brother, no GERD. Max-ed out on Zantac at 1ml-3 times/day, and switched to Prevacid 15mg split tab 08/20/08. Switched again to 20mg Prilosec 09/18/08 due to Prevacid's restlessness/headache side effects. Reflux was out of control again and had to switch to 10mg Nexium 02/11/09. Good result so far.
Can Reglan be given the same time with Prilosec?
I was told to give it on an empty stomach about 20min before meal time 4 times/a day but I forgot to ask if it can be given at the same time with Prilosec. If you know pls advise. Thanks a lot.

My name is being used fraudently to ill represent me. Please be cautious of any information you receive with my name. including engi.nowaira.net, engi@nowaira.net, Engi@nowaira.us, anything from anyone claiming to be Engi Nowaira online. My previous drivers license was also stolen. The new one has extra security features on it.
I don't know if it can be given at the same time, but to make sure and avoid reactions, I would space it myself.

Zack born 09/28/07 @ 31 weeks. Dx silent reflux @ 6 mo. Now not so silent. Switched to Elecare @ 9 mo. On Prevacid 15mg 1x daily. Looking to stop the puke and gain some lbs.
Puke stopped about 24 months and he's learning to eat...very slowly.
Still on prevacid and periactin.
I know Reglan and Prevacid can be dosed together (my son gets both each morning and I double and triple checked with the docs and pharmacists), but I know Prilosec is a different drug...ask your pharmacist...they seem to know more than the docs sometimes!!!
