I have been MIA so I don't know what's going on with Eric. How are the tests going? Did he have to go to the formula or just some elimination items? How are you feeling? Did they ever figure out your pain, etc?~Ronya

Hey, thanks for asking about us. Eric came down with a really bad infection/asthma event & couldn't make his last apt. with CHOP (patch testing), so it is rescheduled for Dec. 12. I am keeping my fingers & toes he doesn't get sick again during that time period. But, with my older girls bringing home every bug from school........ Anyway, after we get the results we should know how to proceed from there. His newest scratch test/1st RAST test showed very high numbers (100 plus) for peanuts, 68.4 for egg, & 28.2 for milk). The weird thing is that soy was negative this time. They said he couldn't have it anyway though, because it may contribute to his e.e. As far as myself, I found another GI Dr. because the 1st one wasn't finding my problem & didn't seem all that interested in helping me. Right away, this guy had my test results faxed from her office & told me that my gallbladder function test was off (something she never bothered to tell me). From there, he ordered an ultrasound of my abdomin (should have the results this week) & an endoscope scheduled for early Jan. I still have all the symptoms - some days are really bad, some days are a little better. I wonder at times if it could be something crazy like lupus or autoimmune, because it first started with joint pain in April. That is the latest on my end, except that my middle child (Kim - 9 1/2) has been vomiting off/on for no apparent reason & just had an asthma event on the bus. She has a very mild version of cough varient asthma (with sickness - maybe like Korbin?). Someone sprayed perfume on the bus & she ended up in the nurses office saying that she was having touble breathing. I really do need to go to school for nursing, because that's all I do anymore anyway. Leave, breathe, & eat illness/disease!! How is school going for you? Did you take microbiology or anatomy and physiology yet? If so, were they tough? How is everything else going for you? How is Korbin with the changes? Ellen
