PICTURE: Aubrey in her cute cat outfit. If you look you can see how her right foot turns in. She walks that way as well. It is not as exaggerated in the morning's but gets worse in the evenings. This was after her nap.
Aubrey to the dentist
Aubrey's appt went well today. Both of her front teeth are chipped (just a little) and we have no idea what from. Her molars (2yr) are coming in and look great. I asked about her top teeth bowing out and she said there is nothing we have done or could change to help it. It is a skelatal issue. She said A will need 2 sets of braces (much better than jaw sx we were looking at) her first set being at 8 or 9 then again when she is a teenager. She also said her face has grown in proportion & looks great. All in all is was a great visit! Oh ya and she asked to sit on the little potty while we were in there. She didn't do anything on it, but she asked.

Adriane Reese 05/16/07; seemingly healthy when born; diagnosed with MSPI, severe Reflux, Apnea, Ashtma, Epilepsy, and severe food allergies(rice, corn, milk, soy, eggs, oats, wheat, beef, chicken, squash, pumpkin, avocado, etc.);On apnea monitor, seems to be tolerating RCF w/carbohydrate mixed in; on Zyrtec, Xopenex, Prevacid
That is good news. I hope the potty thing continues. The braces sound much more feasible than surgery. I would hate to think of her having surgery on her jaw!

Maggie is now 3 years old and reflux free (knock on wood). I still check in some to see how everybody is doing :) Hugs to all!
Yay! That's not too bad. I'm on pretty much the same road with Morgan. It's costly but not as serious as surgery.

I am Jacky, mommy to Joslyn Olivia (April 2008) and Katelyn Isabel (November 2009).
Joslyn was dx'ed with Silent Reflux with breath apnea at 5 days old. VERY SCARY!
Katelyn is a spitter reflux baby. Started at 3 days old as well. (Both were/are breast fed.. symptoms came on when my milk came in).
Joslyn has been reflux free since she was 12 months (suffered poor weight gain for a few months) and Katelyn is now on Zantac... waiting to see if it works.
WAHOO all the way around!!!!

Current height: 39". g-tube dependent, oxygen 1-2LpM all day and night PIC: Ms. Quinn
I gotta take Quinn to the dentist. UGH! Quinn has chipped front teeth too from falling. I watched it happen! All of a sudden a little white thing went shooting across the kitchen floor as she bit the tile. OUCH!!!! I had braces when I was 13. I hated them. I made them take em off me before they wanted to. It hurts really bad when you have to go in and have them tightened every month. Just for a day or so though but Im glad I had them because my smile was crooked. I had a huge gap in my front teeth and they were crooked too. I don't even wear my retainer anymore and I'm paying for it. My teeth are starting to get crooked again so just make sure she wears her retainer and brushes her teeth ALL THE TIME!!!! -Sarah

Donnie has a lower front side tooth that is chipped. His happened from falling too. He went to kick a ball and it rolled under him and he fell and chipped his tooth on carpet!?! Anyway, his teeth are pretty crowded and a bit crooked too so he will need braces when he gets older. Both dh and I had braces as teenagers so it is only fitting he would need them, ugh. Glad everything went well with Aubrey! Yay for the potty too!!! -Liz

Audrey Meadow 06/20/08. born 34/35 weeks. Still b/f and eats everything! ftt and chronic constipation.
that sounds exactly like emily's visit... minus the potty! lol i hope we can get the nix on the surgery next appointment and just stick to braces/appliance. i thought emily's teeth was from her sucking her thumb but it turns out it is kind of an optical illusion b/c he jaw is recessed. now that it is pointed out i can tell better. is aubrey clumsy like emily? emily's front teeth are tiny bit chipped b/c she is clumsy. I love aubrey's pig tails in that pic emily just started letting me put a pony tail in her hair!
