Maggie is now 3 years old and reflux free (knock on wood). I still check in some to see how everybody is doing :) Hugs to all!
The ONLY things that keeps Maggie's attention for more than a minute are: stickers and dollhouse furniture. She loves to take the furniture out of the house and just play with it on the table. The little people line has a lot of stuff.

Rory is just entering the baby doll/mothering stage. She tries to get her babies to drink her chocolate milk, lol. I'm thinking we'll get her a portable dvd player for the bus. At this age, I think they like copying too. I'd like to get her a baby broom and dustpan, or a vaccuum or kitchen set. Maybe she won't want to help me empty the dishwasher so much. There are some really cool computer/learning/gadgets and gizmos out there aimed at little folks. Rory loves her easel, crayons (washable), I'd like to get a table and chair set, maybe. Dang girl, I soooo didn't even want to think about Christmas this soon. It's depressing, lol. My fav thing to do at Christmas time is browse the Wishbook from Sears. You could also check out toys r' us online for ideas.

Mom (Danie) to Adam (9-4-03) & Nate (3-7-07) Nate was diagnosed with silent AR at 2 months old. He was on neocate, prevacid 30mg per day and couldn't start solids till he was almost 8 months old. He started cow's milk at 14 months and is currently off all meds!! So far so good :) PIC: Disney trip 2008. Nate didn't know Piglet was there, he didn't like the characters too much.
My mil got Adam a tea set on a cart a few years ago (I thought that was a bit strange for a boy, lol). Turns out, it is the most POPULAR toy when we go to her house (she makes the boys keep their presents at her house!). I think Santa is going to bring them one to have here. They sell it at JCPenny. It is a little cart that he can push around, tea pot, toaster with toast, cups, saucers, and plates. We are getting him a "retro kitchen" made by (little tikes, I think). It is a 50's Diner type thing...really cute. I am done buying "age appropriate" toys for him since he plays with all of Adam's toys :-)

Age appropriate? I was thinking the same thing while I was looking at catalogs today. When there's a older sib in the picture, there is no age appropriate. Mags wants to do whatever sister is doing and actually Morgan likes her toys too. Some of what I'm buying will be for both of them!

camile- twins with reflux
Thomas and Lucas_2
Do you think she would enjoy musical instruments? My boys love they. I bought them guitars and a musical set that has drums, harmonicas and flutes. They really like to hear their musical production :-). I was impressed how quick they can get a hold of the harmonica and the flute. I am trying to think girls things (with twin boys my house is full of car, firetrucks, etc...).Although we also have a play kitchen (which they really enjoy). As they get older (2.5 now) they seem to enjoy their musical tables more. They are learning colors and the alphabet song at daycare now and their musical tables have all that to practice. They also love playdough. Camile
