I read your post about the vaporizer and wanted to say I just started using the plug in things (think airfreshner plug in things) that you can change the pad and it works wonders. There is no water and it is so small. I go in and unplug it after about 1-2 hours of it running and the pad is good for 8 hours. I think the brand is pedicare. I thought it worked amazingly well. I hope I'm late on this and she doesn't need anything any more:)

Thanks Amber!!! I'm going to look for these tomorrow! I still haven't replaced the vaporizer yet. I think this is just what she needs....and yes, unfortunately, she still needs something, lol. How is Nolan feeling?

I'm sorry she still needs something. Nolan is doing a lot better. One night after using the pediacare plug in he didn't cough nearly as much.

Other news~ I'm only giving him reflux meds every other day starting today and I'm holding my breath that it goes well.

ooohhh.....I'll be crossing my fingers the wean goes well. I bet it will!!! I'm glad he is doing better. Rory is doing fabulous without the prevacid....eating wise, but of course, I always have it in the back of my head that the chronic cough *could* be from reflux. But then I tell myself she's snotting like a faucet, so it's not from reflux. Anyway, good luck!!!!
