Our 1 year old daughter has silent reflux, hypotonia as well as benign external hydrocephalus. We are currently weaning onto whole milk (we'll see if it works) and she is also on Prevacid 15mg per day.
I think I might now know what the deal is...
I've thought Keira was done w/ her morning naps....NOPE!!! Now today she's had one and she's been in a FAAAAAR better mood. AND yesterday she was so fussy I was in tears. Well at dinner she ate like crazy and then passed loads of gas and then pooped some hard balls out. :( So back to miralax and natural foods. So between lack of sleep, constipation, teething and a new found independence- I guess that's enough to really set anyone off! :)

Maggie is now 3 years old and reflux free (knock on wood). I still check in some to see how everybody is doing :) Hugs to all!
It's soooo hard to "put yourself in their shoes". I have to remind myself all the time that Maggie isn't a big girl. :)

Ohhhh, all of you with kids who will take 2 naps, DO IT!!! Elyse NEVER consistently took 2 naps, sometimes she would not even take one! Now I can almost always count on 1.5 hours after lunch.
Check with your
doctor first!
