Hi guys, it's been soooooo long since i've been here! I am such a busy person now it makes me terribly sad! I just wanted to come by and say hi! Cassie is so big now, I am posting a new pic in my siggy for you guys to see. She will be two next month on the 23rd already! Can you believe how fast time just flys?? She is still not eating much, she starts eating a bit then doesnt want to any more. She is pretty much 95% tube fed and still on elecare formula. I am going to start giving her baby food threw her tube because she isnt gaining weight at all!! She gets 30 ounces of 30 cal formula and still doesnt gain weight. She still isnt even 20 lbs :( She is so happy and sooooooooo smart! She knows all the cartoon characters by name and she talks so much!!! We just found out yesterday that she has a lil sibling on the way, we are so excited!! We are going to Disneyland in two weeks with Sharon Elyse and the daddies. It's going to be so much fun! Well I hope everyone is doing well. I know a lot of people on here now probably dont even know me :) I will try to check in more often. God bless!! -Vanessa

Jessica, Mommy to Jedd, severe reflux, severe food and oral aversions, Finally G tube free!!! VSD repair 4-24-07 (open heart surgery), hypospadias, repaired 3 times and Ear tubes Visit Jedd at his CB site:
Vanessa, Cassie is a beauty!!! Really. She'll eat in time. I know it's hard. We have been soo lucky. But I completley feel your pain, I do. Food in the tube is a great idea to add weight. It worked for us. Advocato and flax seed and olive oil go in pretty well too. Good luck.

CONGRATS sooo happy to hear that Cassie will have a sibling soon. You are a much braver Mother than I am.

Have you ever thought about a clinic for Cassie to see if they coudl help her learn to eat, she's getting to that age. It's hard on your coast, there aren't too many over there, sorry.
