Tracey, mom to Katie. Diagnosed with reflux at 3 weeks and put on Zantac. At 8 months old she was removed from Zantac as it was giving her migraines, currently on Prevacid. Switched to Elecare since she is not gaining weight; trialing solids after being off for a month. Geneticist said reason she isn't gaining weight is she is stubborn. Upcoming appts.: Neurologist for developmental delay and EGD scheduled for September. She is one funny baby!
Katie can not tolerate peaches at all. The first time we introduce a food she has 3 baby bites the first day and then we gradually increase the bites until the container is either too old (2 days) or empty. Sometimes she doesn't make it to the full container b/c she reacts to them. Peaches were that way. She had 2 bites and started screaming bloody murder. At first we just thought it was b/c my husband was feeding her and she wanted mama but I went in and picked her up and she continued to scream until we put her down for her nap exhausted. We tried again about 2 months later and while the reaction wasn't quite as bad since she finished the jar we have made sure to never give them again. I don't know if they are acidic or not but they wreck havoc on her!
Also, has Cooper been scoped? I know you mentioned someone wanted him to have the fundo but didn't know who.
