engin117I just saw your response from back a page & wanted to let you know I don't have any receipes in particular for ee or eg - only the usual food allergy cookbook. I think the standard treatment for ee & eg is AVOIDANCE. So, even though we avoid nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, fish, citrus, it isn't enough to stop the eos from feastering in his esophagus. The next trick is CAP-RAST testing, and patch testing (maybe more skin scratch testing) to see if we can detect more allergens. I bet they will pull wheat (as it is one of the top 8 allergens). If we remove more foods and he scopes clean - great. If not, they may put him on nothing but Neocate Jr. Where do you live? I think there are 3 or so top hospitals for this. At Children's Hospital in Phila. it will be part of their allergy dept. His GI Dr. told me he will still be in the background. And, I wouldn't trust his pediatricians with any of this, it is out of their leage. Ellen
