Maggie is now 3 years old and reflux free (knock on wood). I still check in some to see how everybody is doing :) Hugs to all!
Sorry-got a ?
Mags is getting fever blisters or maybe coxsackie virus in the corners of her mouth. Any suggestions? Am I remembering right that you can use maalox or something like that?

Basically, yes. Morgan is a carrier of it and dh has had a fever blister this week. I believe that's why Morgan has a fever. I know that sounds stupid, but in the past she always got a fever before she got a breakout.

On Mags' mouth it's more like a group of little blisters. Thing is...if it's coxsackie, it's viral!!!

Yes you can use maalox for it. It will just coat the mouth and throat so the blisters aren't as painful while eating. It really doesn't do anything to help them heal any faster. Both my boys ran a high fever before the blisters came too. And yes it is highly contagious so no daycare for her. I hope both girls feel better soon.
