Danie~OT SHOES
What kind of shoes is Nate wearing in the pic. It looks like he is either stocking foot or has some cool slide on shoes. I can't really make it out but I'm trying to find some shoes for Nolan for the winter. He HATES shoes. I've tried tennis shoes and crocs. The crocs he just takes off and chews on. But the MN winter will be here soon and I'm looking for a comfy shoe that he won't take off. One big problem we have is he has such a fat foot. Any ideas?

Both of my boys have fat feet and my little guy wears Robeez all the time. They are like slippers with a hard bottom so you can wear them outside. They are hard to get off and super comfy. You can order them online or you can buy the Generic version at Target. Also, for real shoes we have found actual stride rides that come in extra extra wide at Target too. What size does he wear maybe I can send you some of our old ones?

Thanks Mary! His crocs are size 5 but the tennis shoes he has are 6 so I would think by winter when he needs them he'll be in a 7 or so. He has really big feet! He was wearing shoes my son wore when he was about 3 months older then him. I would gladly take them off of you hands if you want to get rid of them. I'd pay for them too!

Well I guess Aidan has small feet because that is the size he is wearing still. He is so much tinier then Nick. He still has fat feet. Sorry I can't help you out then since they are wearing the same size.

Jennifer - 1st time mom. Lauren (6/1/07) diagnosed 9/07 with GER at 3 1/2 months. Prevacid 7.5 mg in the am. Currently drinking whole milk and eating great!!
No longer aspirating! Yippee!
Picture: Why would Lauren play with the hundreds of dollars worth of toys scattered in my living room?!?! When she could play in a box! Estimated move date: Oct. 3rd!
butting in too....
I love the generic Robeez at Target! We have 3 pair, one pair has hardly any toes left because she drags her feet on this one ride on toy but I love them. Our pedi recommended Robeez until she's 2! She said that bare feet are best, but the Robeez protect her feet. Lauren wore hers to the playground yesterday.

They would probably fit Nolan because they are elastic at the ankle. I have taken them out of the package at Target to see what size will fit Lauren best, so you could try the and make sure they aren't too tight.

Thanks anyway Mary! I thought he had really big feet:) But he is a bigger boy.

Jen I will have to try those out. I just don't feel right having no shoes on when it is -10 below but he hates so many of the shoes I've tried. I think a big part is due to his ingrown toenail. Maybe if all else fails I'll buy sleepers.

Danie if you still have an opinion I'd love to know what Nate was wearing in your pic!

Or anyone else. I don't mind the butting in:)
