Jennifer - 1st time mom. Lauren (6/1/07) diagnosed 9/07 with GER at 3 1/2 months. Prevacid 7.5 mg in the am. Currently drinking whole milk and eating great!!
No longer aspirating! Yippee!
Picture: Why would Lauren play with the hundreds of dollars worth of toys scattered in my living room?!?! When she could play in a box! Estimated move date: Oct. 3rd!
I'm crossing my fingers and toes for you! We've been on the market 42 days and had many showings...nothing in the way of an offer yet tho! Does your realtor send you online feedback?

Mom (Danie) to Adam (9-4-03) & Nate (3-7-07) Nate was diagnosed with silent AR at 2 months old. He was on neocate, prevacid 30mg per day and couldn't start solids till he was almost 8 months old. He started cow's milk at 14 months and is currently off all meds!! So far so good :) PIC: Disney trip 2008. Nate didn't know Piglet was there, he didn't like the characters too much.
I am crossing my fingers for BOTH of you!! Hopefully, you guys will both get an offer soon...doesn't the housing market usually get better right before school starts?? I know my friend sold hers last year a week before school.

My husband is my realtor, so feedback is not a problem-except ironically today because he had to go show another house after ours, so I have no idea how it went. We've been on the market since Feb. Hard to keep the house show ready with los isn't it? Nathan runs behind messing up what I've just cleaned. For us the market should get a little better soon as we are in FLA and snow birds will be returning in the fall. We're do you live Jen?

I live in Schererville, Indiana -- just outside of Chicago. We get online feedback, sometimes I love it, other times it's frustrating! Like people saying "house is too small" - well it's 1600 sqft! what did you expect????? Other times we get great feedback and then never hear another word! It's easy to make yourself crazy.

And oh the cleaning...I feel like it never stops. I call Lauren my "human tornado" because she can destroy a room faster than anything! The realtor claims that the market is not bad here like other places and we have had good traffic. I was just hoping to get out of her before school starts and we have to go back to work, but that's not gonna happen. You've been on the market since FEB??!! Jezz, I guess I shouldn't be so annoyed with 42 days!

Jen-Feedback can be frustrating. Some people, I think, are looking for houses that don't exist (at least for the price they want to pay). I hope you find a buyer soon. I too was hoping we would sell before I had to go back to work (off maternity leave) but that's only a few weeks away now. Hubby said the showing went well, so we'll see. Have had a few false hopes earlier in the process. So now I expect nothing and hope to be surprised. :) Let me know if you have any luck!
