Just what I learned from school (BS Dietetics and Grad work in Public Health Nutrition). I am not an expert but I have several friends dealing with it so I have tried to keep "up to speed" so-to-speak. There is some good info on the site about IBD. I always find the ones written by the patients to be really helpful. Lots of practical advice. Kinda like asking other moms on the forums about stuff. LOL. Glad the low residue info helped! I hope Emi feels better soon. ((HUGS))

http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/crohns/

Check out the mayo clinic online info too. :) HTH!

Hey Kathryn~ Can you reply to the post above when you get a sec and maybe explain CSID to her?
Check with your
doctor first!
