Sebi is 23 months, diagnosed with GERD at about 3 months after months of misdiagnosis. Allergies = milk, maybe soy.
Med free since mid-July.
Tubes inserted in ears Dec 17, 2007. Left one has fallen out. Endoscopy done Feb. 21, no tissue abnormalities.
Advanced GER Forum or Beginner forum?
How do you know which forum to post to? What classifies a child as "advanced?" Is it above a certain age limit or is it a medical classification (such as additional health problems caused/related to reflux)? I'm just wondering if I really should be addressing my questions to this forum as opposed to the beginner forum. Thanks

Hello! There does seem to be more traffic on the beginners forum so that is the place for a quick answer. The Beginners forum is for babies who may have GER/GERD and newly diagnosed with GER/GERD. The Advanced forums topics may include: testing, surgery, feeding tubes, feeding aversion and long term issues such as developmental delay. I hope that helps! Jan

I don't see many people posting in this forum. I will check it from time to time, but it takes a long time to see a response here. So even though Quinn has advanced issues, I always post in the general, beginner and infants. -Sarah

This is the first time I peeked onto this forum. Nice to see some familiar faces. Are you girls sticking to the beginner or are you ready for a move?
